Warranty Policy

 

This warranty applies exclusively to only new products sold and shipped directly by LiftSync ("LiftSync Products"). It does not extend to products manufactured by other brands or those sold by third-party vendors ("Vendor Products"). Please note that the warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. 



Warranty Terms:

 

LiftSync guarantees the quality of its products, ensuring that each purchase is free from manufacturing defects. Should any defects be discovered, it is imperative to notify LiftSync immediately upon delivery. This allows us to provide the necessary replacement parts in a timely manner.

In line with industry standards, warranty issues are typically resolved by supplying replacement components. However, please note that our warranty does not cover repair costs. All replacement parts will be identical to the original components, and we do not provide upgraded parts under any circumstances.

For clarity, "defects" are defined as flaws in materials or workmanship that impede the product's intended use. Additionally, LiftSync will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages that may arise from the use of its products.


Applicable Warranty Periods:


Commencement and Applicability: The warranty period initiates on the date of product delivery. This warranty is valid solely for original LiftSync products acquired through authorized channels.

Coverage: For qualifying items purchased directly from LiftSync, a limited, non-transferable warranty is provided. This warranty covers normal usage for a specified duration. A product failure is considered to be a mechanical malfunction or defect that significantly hinders the product's intended operation.

Duration: All LiftSync products are covered by a 1-year warranty period.

Exclusions: LiftSync reserves the right to assess product failures. If the company determines that the failure is a result of misuse or improper assembly, the customer will be liable for all expenses related to replacement components and return shipping.


Warranty Service:


If you notice any imperfections in your product, please reach out to our customer service team at info@liftsync.us. To assist us in resolving the issue efficiently, please make sure that you include photos or videos that clearly showcase the problem. This documentation allows us to quickly and accurately assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution. Requests are typically processed within 7 business days.

In the event that replacement parts are needed, all in-stock items will be shipped within 7 business days, usually via USPS ground services. For more information regarding our shipping timelines, please visit the Shipping Policy section on our website. 

 

What is Covered?

 

  • LiftSync Height Adjustable Desk Frame

All height adjustable desks purchased include a limited, non-transferable warranty. We hereby cover all LiftSync height adjustable desks for a period of:

10 years: all metal and mechanical parts and components, including motors and electrical components

 

  • Desktop

All desktop surfaces, regardless of material (including but not limited to laminate, solid wood, bamboo, or other materials), include a 1-year warranty.

 

  • Monitor Arms

All monitor arm mounts purchased include a limited, non-transferable warranty for a period of:

2 years: all metal and mechanical parts and components

 

  • Mobile Desks

All mobile desks purchased include a limited, non-transferable warranty for a period of:

5 years.


Warranty Exceptions:


LiftSync shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from product use. 

This warranty does not cover:

  • Products from other brands sold under the Dropship model (please refer to our Terms of Service page)
  • Anyone other than the original purchaser (warranty is non-transferable)
  • Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or resellers
  • Normal wear and tear, including dents, scratches, stains, fading, and tears
  • Issues caused by environmental factors like mold, insects, or weather conditions
  • Natural variations in materials (e.g., color or grain in bamboo desktops)
  • Damage from improper assembly, disassembly, cleaning, or modifications
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or natural disasters like fires or hurricanes. 
  • Marks from writing instruments or sharp objects
  • Open Box or previously damaged products
  • Normal softening of foam and fibers (not considered a defect)
  • Changes in surface finish or color matching
  • Replacement part orders
  • Promotional items or gifts from LiftSync events

Our limited warranty will be considered void if a product is returned with labels that have been removed, damaged, or tampered with, or if any alterations have been made, including the removal of any components or external covers.



What to Do If Your Product Arrives Damaged



We advise that customers inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. When signing for the delivery, please take note of any damage to the boxes. Additionally, we recommend keeping all original packaging until the trial period has concluded, as this may be necessary should a return be required.

In the event that you discover any damage or defects, please report them promptly to the LiftSync customer service team by emailing info@liftsync.us. Including photos or videos of the damage will help us assess the situation more efficiently.

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please reach out to us without delay. Please note that we cannot accept claims filed more than 30 days after the scheduled delivery date.


All notifications regarding issues must be made within one week of delivery. After this timeframe, LiftSync reserves the right to deny any claim requests.

Governing Law and Compliance


This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to any conflict of laws principles. Both LiftSync and customers are required to comply with these legal standards throughout the warranty process. 

LiftSync is dedicated to adhering to all applicable laws, which mandates clear communication regarding subscription terms and conditions. Customers are encouraged to understand their rights and obligations under this warranty, as it provides specific legal rights that may vary from state to state. 

Transparency and consumer protection are priorities for LiftSync in all warranty-related matters.
